ChiTAG Week (ChiTAG) and Neighborhood Parents Network (NPN), a nonprofit that connects a diverse community of families with the resources they need to navigate parenting in the city, invite families of children with special needs to Super Power Sensory Hour sponsored by Playfoam! This one hour event {9:00 am - 10:00 am} starts before the doors of ChiTAG fair opens to the public on both Saturday and Sunday, allowing kids with special needs to navigate, acclimate and easily access the fun of the fair.

This year, ChiTAG, NPN and Playfoam welcome influential occupational therapist, Helen Sadovsky, founder of Toy Ideas (www.toy-ideas.com). Sadovsky is a pediatric occupational therapist and uses her Instagram channel, @toy-ideas, to share innovative developmental toys for children. She is also the creator of Personalized Toy Ideas, a service providing parents with appropriate toy suggestions specifically for their child's interests, play skills, and abilities. She will be on hand as the host of the the Super Power Sensory Hour to interact with participating families, answer their questions and showcase the fair’s best offerings for kids with special needs.

As the only toy and game fair in the U.S. open to the public, ChiTAG boosts attendance in the tens of thousands.
