The St. Nicholas Greek Folk Festival is one of the most popular festivals in the Baltimore- Washington Region. Each year thousands of the people attend the four day festival to celebrate our Greek Orthodox faith, culture , music, dance, Greek wines, and authentic Greek food. FAQs

How do I register as a vendor?

Registration as a vendor is now handled on-line. Click on the word "register" , select the desired booth location (premium or standard), the quantity of booths, and then confirm the booth location by viewing the map. Once the booth location is determined, check-out and pay on-line with a credit card. You will automatically receive a confirmation.

When are vendors able to set-up and break down their space?

Vendors may begin setting up on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 12 noon and not earlier. Vendors are responsible for timely set-up and breakdown of their space. Outside Vendors are required to be operational by Thursday,June 8, 2017 by 1:00 p.m. and must be cleared out of the area by 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 11, 2017. Vendors are responsible for leaving the church property in the same condition as it was prior to occupancy. Inside Vendors are required to be operational by Friday, June 9, 2017 by 3 pm.

How will vendors determine their booth locations?

Each vendor will receive a map in advance of attending the festival clearly marking their location as purchased. Also, a sign will be placed in the booth space designating that booth space as a particular vendor's. We ask that no vendor spread into an open booth space without permission from the vendor coordinator or vendor coordinator assistant. Many vendors are coming from a great distance and not all vendors will arrive to set-up at the same time.

What type of security will be provided?

Security will be provided on the site from Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. through Sunday at 11:00 p.m.
The festival committee has hired armed security services starting on Wednesday at 5 p.m. ending on Sunday at midnight. Baltimore City Police will have a presence on the festival site during their allotted city hours. There will also be patrol cars in the area during the after-hours.

Will electricity be provided?

Yes, the festival will provide lighting and electricity to the booths. Vendors are responsible for all items necessary to display their goods. This includes showcases, lights, tablecloths, fans and extension cords for electricity.

What are the vendors parking options for the event?

The festival has parking directly across from St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in which vendors may use for parking their vehicles.

What can a vendor bring into the event?

Vendors may bring additional tables, chairs and other items for setting up and displaying their wares. At the end of each festival night, all wares must be covered and properly conceled.
