CLAIM (the Missouri State Health Insurance Assistance Program) and University of Missouri-St. Louis Gerentology Department is offering a one-day Medicare training on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. This training is for Health & Social Service Professionals as well as students of the same professions.
CLAIM trainers and other professionals will provide in-depth training regarding Medicare eligibility, enrollment, assistance programs, Advantage and Prescription drug coverage.
The training will provide seven hours of education designed for professionals who work with seniors and people with disabilities to expand their knowledge and understanding of these important Medicare programs. Copies of the CMS National Medicare Training materials will be provided electronically on a flash drive.
**Training is at no cost to you, however, 5.5 social work CEUs available for $10.00 (pending approval from NASW). Payment to be collected at event. Registration is REQUIRED.**
