Small Acreage Evening Workshop Series

This series is meant to provide information and answer questions that small acreage landowners tend to have about their properties. Each session will focus on a specific topic.

Time: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Cost: $10 per session

$40 for all 5 sessions

$15 per couple per session

$50 per couple for all 5 sessions

May 11, 2017 – Water and ditches

This evening will focus on Colorado water law and the operation of ditches. Colorado water law can be confusing to newcomers but our speaker will help dispel some of the confusion. Each ditch company operates a little differently so our speakers will discuss how several of the ditches operate.

Ever wondered how to keep your backyard flock healthy and what are the diseases you need to be concerned about with your flock be it large or backyard. Our speakers are veterinarians who can answer your questions.

June 29, 2017 – Weed ID and Management

We all have them and they drive us crazy trying to manage them – weeds.

This evening we will talk about the weeds common to Boulder County and provide some techniques to manage them. Please bring in samples you want identified.
