Description
The Office of Diversity and Leadership (CEDL), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is pleased to present its 2017 Sexual Harassment Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Forum in Fort Worth, Texas 26-27 July 2017. The theme of the forum is “The Nation’s Enablers of Change,” which seeks to merge with community partners to eliminate sexual offenses within the Army through cultural change, prevention, intervention, investigation, advocacy and training.
This free, two day forum will feature workshops targeted for professionals in the field of medicine, social work, behavioral health, diversity, training, education, advocacy as well as interested community partners working in the fields of sexual violence, advocacy, and prevention.
There will be networking opportunities and a chance to share resources with participating agencies.
**CEUs will be provided for Social Workers**

Wednesday, July 26 and Thursday, July 27
Sessions will start at 8:00 AM each day and end at 4:00PM

Food: Bring Brown Bag (Lunch)/Light Refreshments Available
Parking: Parking is available for a fee ($3, $5, $7 or $10). Parking fee is good for the entire day. There are both Lot and Metered/Street parking.
Special Instructions: Participants are encouraged to arrive by 0745am to allow enough time to navigate through security.

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Participants without a Department of Defense (CAC) ID will need to navigate though building security and have their belongings scanned.
Knives, fingernail files, firearms, pepper spray/MACE or animals (other than service animals) are not permitted in the building. Participants are encouraged to arrive in enough time to navigate through security.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available at area parking lots and metered/street parking. Parking lot prices range from $5.00-$10.00 (payable by credit/debit card or through the Parkmobile App). Parking fee is paid once and participants can remain in the space all day without paying a re-entry fee.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Printed tickets are preferred but not required.

Food and drinks are allowed in the facility. There is a cafeteria on-site as well as several quick service restaurants within walking distance of the federal building.
