Innovation, Research, and Access - A Rare Disease Day Event in Trenton
The Rare Disease Community in New Jersey will gather in Trenton, NJ on February 27, 2017 to celebrate Rare Disease Day.
Takes place at the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA) at 10 West Lafayette Street, in Trenton.
From 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Feb. 27.
The morning begins with coffee, pastries and networking.
Followed by speakers from the rare disease community including patients, advocates, legislators, and biomedical healthcare professionals and industry leaders.
Topics include legislative concerns of people with rare diseases.
Inclusion of the patient voice in the drug development process.
Hear about the spirit of innovation in New Jersey from Business and Industry leaders
A member of the New Jersey Legislature will present a ceremonial resolution commemorating Rare Disease Day 2017 in New Jersey.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No. but we ask that minor children and any with special needs be accompanied by an adult caregiver
