2017 Pig 'n a Raffle

Join the Granville Education Foundation for the 3rd Annual Pig 'n a Raffle, GEF's BBQ Dinner & Raffle event! Tickets to the event include a BBQ Meal, drink tickets, and entry into the raffle of a variety of items all valued at over $100! Examples of items include cash, technology, gift cards, travel experiences, and more!
As a twist to the typical raffle, tickets are put into the raffle to win ANY and ALL of the items offered and if a tickets is drawn for an item, it is put back into the raffle to continue the chances of winning more items! Additional raffle tickets may be purchased to increase the chances of winning. Raffle participants do not have to be present to win.
At the 2017 Pig 'n a Raffle, GEF will be posthumously honoring Mr. Hubert Gooch with the 8th Annual Harris Family Education Award.

Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Additional Raffle Tickets can be purchased at the door and will be sold throughout the evening. Event Tickets must be purchased prior to the event, for catering purposes.

What's the refund policy?
There is no refund on Event tickets, if you are unable to attend. However, your ticket will still be included in the raffle to win any of the raffle items. You do not need to be present to win. If your ticket wins an item, you will be contacted using the name and information provided on your ticket.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A hard copy of your ticket is not needed when you check-in at the event. We will have a record of all purchased tickets, (event tickets & additional raffle tickets). When you check in, you will recieve any raffle tickets purchased for you to put into the raffle drum yourself- this way you know the appropriate number of tickets you have purchased are in the raffle!
Can I update my registration information?
If you need to update any names or contact information on your purchased tickets, this can be done before the event by emailing GEF at firstname.lastname@example.org, OR can be done at the check-in desk at the event. However, once your ticket is entered into the raffle drum, we can not change the name on the ticket.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Tickets are not transferrable from year to year. Tickets may be transferred to another person, if needed. If you would like for any of your purchased tickets (event tickets or additional raffle tickets) to be in someone else's name, GEF must be notified before the event.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
We must have record of each person attending the event. If the person attending is not on the name of the event ticket purchased and we were not notified of a transfer, then that person will be required to purchase a ticket at the door.
