Your Online Reputation Matters, Now Manage It

We now live in a world where user generated content (reviews, blog posts, etc.) plays such a big role in travel decisions. If you’re not actively monitoring what’s being written about your business on sites like TripAdvisor, Google or Yelp, you may be losing potential customers without even knowing it. John will arm you with information on how to monitor your brand online, and how best to engage with those leaving positive and negative reviews.

John McPhee has been in the digital marketing industry for 15 years, providing strategy and tactical support to a diverse set of clients. John's current position at the Oregonian Media Group is focused on driving client strategy, campaign optimization and reporting across a variety of solutions.
