Bridging the Gap

This year's conference will focus on connecting the dots between projects, programs, agencies, funding, and resources related to floodplain management. We'll talk about what has been or could be done to bridge gaps that exist between identified risk and real solutions, and explore how we can continue to work toward creating more resilient communities in Pennsylvania.

Gold Reception Sponsor ($1,500) - One Gold Reception Sponsorship opportunity is available. The Gold Reception Sponsor will sponsor the reception on the first night of the conference. The Gold Reception Sponsor will receive an exhibit space, special acknowledgement during the conference, recognition on conference signage and materials, on the PAFPM website for one year, a one-page flyer (provided by sponsor) in attendee materials, and 3 complimentary registrations, as well as time allotted for a short presentation during the conference.

Silver Sponsor ($500) - Silver Sponsors will receive an exhibit space, recognition on conference signage and materials, and on the PAFPM web site for one year, and 2 complimentary registrations.

Bronze Sponsor ($250) - Bronze Sponsors will receive recognition on conference signage and materials, and on the PAFPM web site for one year and 1 complimentary registration.

FAQs

What does my registration include?

The registration fee for this event includes the two day conference, breakfast and lunch on both days, and a networking social on the evening of day one.


Can I register for only one day?

There is not a one day option for this event.


What if I need to pay with a check?

No problem. Simply contact Taryn Murray at tmurray@mbakerintl.com and request a manual registration. You will recieve instructions on how to submit your payment.


Will the conference count towards CECs for CFM?

Yes! This year's conference has been pre-approved for 10 CECs toward CFM maintenance.


Is there parking?

Parking is available in the Atherton garage. Parking is included in the room rate for those who book overnight accomodations. If you aren't staying at the hotel, parking is $8 per day.


What's the refund policy?

Cancellations made at least seven days prior to the event will be refunded in full.


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. Once you register we'll have your name. You need only check-in at the registration table.


Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. To do so please send an email at least seven days prior to the event to tmurray@mbakerintl.com with the following information:

  • Name, title, organization, and email of the original registree, and
  • Name, title, organization, and email of the individual for which the registration will be transferred.
