Can I pay by check?
Yes. First select Registration type and quantity. Next click on the credit card icons; bottom left of the order form. A new window opens. Under the BUYER INFORMATION section you will see PAYMENT METHOD. Select "Pay By Check" from the pull down menu. Follow steps.
Is lodging included in ticket price?
Lodging is NOT included. Hotel Reservation deadline is MAY 23rd for The Desmond.
Group rate of $125.00 plus tax is available for the nights of 6/6/2017, 6/7/2017 and 6/8/2017
Individual guests are to make reservations directly with the Hotel. These reservations must be received no later than 5/23/2017. Individuals should identify themselves as members of NYS Association of Volunteer Services Administrators at the time the individual is making their reservation.

Check in time begins for all groups at 4:00 p.m. Individuals may check in earlier, based on occupancy levels and availability of "ready" rooms. Check out time is 12 noon.

Registration fees will be refunded (less $50 processing fee) if Registrar is notified in writing by May 1, 2017
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Desmond is reachable via car (NYS Thruway), via the Albany airport, and Amtrak.
Parking is free for guests.
