Welcome to the 2017 Farm to Institution Summit! The summit will bring together hundreds of business, government, non-profit, academic and student leaders to learn, share and collaborate. Please read the following information before you purchase your ticket:
WEDNESDAY: If you are attending the pre-conference on Wednesday, please choose only one short course or field trip per person. Note - each short course and field trip has a minimum and maximum number of participants. Once registration meets the maximum, registration will be closed. If the minimum is not reached by March 3rd, we will cancel the course or trip and provide full refunds to those who had signed up
REFUNDS: Our general policy is that all sales are final. However, we understand that life sometimes presents unpredictable scheduling challenges. We will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. All requests must be submitted through Eventbrite. No refunds will be offered after February 28th.
FEES: You will notice as you go through registration that each ticket has associated fees. We have done our best to keep registration costs as low as possible and minimize these fees. We thank you for understanding that these additional charges are the cost of doing business with credit card companies and registration services.
PARKING: There is ample parking at the DoubleTree hotel - 99 Erdman Way, Leominster MA 01453.
