Natural Family Planning can be used to achieve or avoid a pregnancy without the use of drugs, devices or chemicals to alter the reproductive system. The United States Department of Health and Human Swervices and Wold Health Organization have both found the Natural Family Planning methods, when properly used, have a 98-99 percent effectiveness rate. This class is four sessions in length.
