Description

Join MIT Office for Graduate Education (OGE) Diversity Initiatives to the Graduate Students of Color Welcome Lunch on Thursday, August 31st from 12:00 – 2:00 pm in Morss Hall (50). You will have the opportunity to meet Prof. Ed Bertschinger (ICEO), Prof. Meejin Yoon (Architecture), graduate student leaders and engage with new and returning graduate students of color from various disciplines and a variety of MIT community members including campus resources. Please RSVP to our family-friendly celebration via Eventbrite.

The OGE Diversity Initiatives team seeks to support the success of underrepresented and underserved graduate students at MIT through a series of programs designed to increase recruitment, enhance community, and ignite academic, leadership, and professional development. Together with our colleagues from across the institute, we are committed to realizing the black student leaders’ recommendations to foster an inclusive climate that intellectually and socially engages and values all members of the MIT community.
