Deadline to enter is Sunday, April 16th, Midnight

Athlete Check-In and Weigh-In from 9am-9:30am

If you would like to weigh in on Friday, please come to Eade Fitness 24/7 between 4pm-6pm

Lifting starts at 10am

Order of competition for 200 plus division: Bench - Squat - Deadlift - Log Press

Order of competition for under 200 lb. division: Deadlift - Bench - Squat - Log Press

3 attempts for each lift

For each lift, we'll start with lowest weight and add to highest weight

Both divisions will be lifting at same time but not performing same lift (see order of competition)

If you miss 1st lift, you can lower weight for 2nd lift

"RAW" meet - belt, chalk, wrist wraps can be used, No bench shirts, deadlift suits or

squat suits, no knee wraps or elbow wraps, neoprene elbow wraps accepted

Awards for Top 5 in each lift for each division

Glossbrenner scoring uses weight lifted / bodyweight / age to determine score

1. Barbell Box Squat (16" Box)

2. Barbell Bench Press (Touch and Go)

3. Barbell Deadlift

4. "Rouge Log" Floor to Overhead Lift

Enter One, Two, Three or all Four Events

9am - 9:45am check-in & weigh-in

10am lifting starts for both under and over 200 lb. divisions

Rouge Log is 50 lbs. with a 8" diameter barrel, hand grips face each other
