2017 KnowledgeKeeper User Group Meeting

The Power of KnowledgeKeeper for Apple TV
Tom Neary
Gather around in the bull room, or the dispatch center or the conference room. The big screen is not just for presentation slides anymore. From sharing their best work in the bull room to piping in situational awareness into the dispatch center the KnoweldgeKeeper App for Apple TV enables field service operators using KnoweldgeKeeper on their iPhones to extend their peer to peer video collbaoration and become "channels" of knowledge transfer. During this KnowledgeKeeper for Apple TV update Tom wil be demonstrating how to push video journals from the iPhone to the Apple TV.

Using Video Journals to stay in Skill Based Mode and stay OUT of High Error Knowledge Based Mode
Chip Stanley
Everyone makes errors. We can't stop that and as humans nor would we want to. Corporations work hard to keep the consequenses of human error to a minimum. Some of the most cosly human errors occur when a person or team slips from skill based mode to knowledge based mode. Chip shows how KnowledgeKeeper's powerful mobile footprint provides instant field level knowledge to help a person or team move back into skill based mode.

Mastering KnowledgeKeeper's Top 10 Features in 30 Minutes
Tom Neary
Tom will review KnoweldgeKeeper top 10 features including Geolocated Hazards, Like-Invite-This Helped Me, Watch List, Me-Us-Library, Share-Publish-Approve and others that make KnowledgeKeeper a very powerful app across the iPhones and iPads of field service teams.

A Working Mobile Strategy for Qualified Electrical Workers
Deploying a corporate mobile device stategy that leveages well desgined, highly quality mobile apps creates powerful communities of practice (CoP) that share and learn everything they need to succeed on the job. Mobile apps that are designed with the "network effect" built in and not as an after thought and which can intuatively used to create, view and share previously hidden data without any traiining are causing huge gains in field service productivity, safety and work quality.

New Technology Session
Tom Neary
You won't want to miss this session. Tom will be demostating a new feature that will virtually capture you imagination for all the new things you can video journal with KnowledgeKeeper.

Video Journaling, Geolocating and Sharing Intrinsic Hazards
Intrinsic hazards that are a part of a location or manifested in equipment can be very dangerous to even the most experienced field operator if they do not know that the intrinsic hazard is there. Using KnowledeKeeper on their iPhone qualified electrical workers who are familiar with the hazard are quickly creating and sharing video journals of the intrinsic hazard. Once in KnowledgeKeeper the intrinsic hazard is geolcated and shared across the community of practice (CoP).  As field service teams repeatedly capture these hazards a map devlops that makes seeing local hazards as easy as finding a gas station.
