Event Details

CrowdComfort and an exclusive group of technology partners including Beco, Red Thread, Rifiniti Teem, and Afterburner are proud to host the 2nd annual Human Sensor Conference at the Red Thread WorkLife Center in Boston’s Innovation District.

What is a Human Sensor?

Human sensors = people + their smartphones. It is one of the greatest untapped resources in our workplaces today.

Why is this important to me?

Workplace productivity, safety, empowerment, and comfort sit at the intersection of people and the supercomputer in their pockets.  Yet Fortune 500 companies are falling behind in productivity because perceived and real complexities stand in the way.  Leaders at these companies will be at a competitive disadvantage if they fail to effectively and efficiently integrate digital solutions into their operations.

How is this different than other conferences?

The HSC is set up to spark constructive conversations, facilitate collaborative ideation, and push the limits to traditional thinking around commercial real estate and the people who occupy it.  The goal is to arm attendees with the digital tools and knowledge they'll need to create the future workplace and unlock the full potential of the human sensor network.

Who's attending?

The core audience for this exclusive invite-only event will be 100 senior leaders of real estate and technology from around New England and beyond.

Who's speaking?

In Collaboration with MIT’s Real Disruption Conference

The timing of the Human Sensor Conference has been coordinated on the same day as MIT’s Real Disruption fall event. Guests of the CrowdComfort Human Sensor Conference also receive complimentary passes to MIT Real Disruption, which is also scheduled for the morning of Thursday, September 28, 7:30 - 10:00 AM at Atlantic Wharf in Boston.  Real Disruption is an exciting conference series that explores the intersection of new technology and commercial real estate.  Each program features founders of various cutting-edge, venture funded technology firms that are disrupting the status quo in commercial real estate.  More information at
