2017 Holiday Craft Fair Vendor Registration

Thank you for your support of Town Center Community Association’s annual Holiday Craft Fair at Historic Oakland Manor (5430 Vantage Point Road, Columbia, Maryland 21044). The 2017 fair will be held on Saturday, November 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Set-up will take place the morning of the fair, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and break-down will be at 3:00–4:00 p.m. We will again offer optional box lunches for our vendors (ordered in advance for $15.00 each). As always, free coffee will be available for all our vendors on the day of the fair. Please bear in mind that lunch is not available for purchase at the fair.
As you know, the Holiday Craft Fair is a juried event, your registration does not guarantee admission into the event. Please complete your registration, fee ($60.00 before May 31; $75.00 after May 31) as soon as possible; space is limited and we often must turn vendors away.

The vendor covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Town Center Community Association and the Columbia Association from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, and expense in connection with loss of life, personal injury, and/or damage to property arising out of, or in any way connected with, vendor's participation in the Holiday Craft Fair, occasioned wholly or in part by any negligent act or omission of the vendor, his/her agents, or his/her employees. Vendor is on notice that all public, common areas are subject to being videotaped for security reasons.
