Join us for our 2017 Healthcare Transformation Survival Seminar Series!

Join us as we take an in-depth look at the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) legislation and the Quality Payment Program!

There are significant changes to physician payments that are now tied to quality and value. This event will prepare healthcare providers for the changes under MACRA and Value-Based Payment. We will explore: QPP Eligibility, QPP Reporting Metrics, Improvement Activities, ACI and Meaningful Use, HIPAA Requirements, and Quality Improvement.

Lunch will be provided.

This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit

All events will start at 9:30am for registration and end at 3pm.

To prepare healthcare providers for the changes under the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act and Value-Based Payment. There are significant changes to Medicare and Medicaid physician payments tied to quality and value starting in January, 2017. 

Objectives

Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:
1. Explain the changes in health care reporting and reimbursements brought about by MACRA legislation
2. Identify who is supposed to participate in the Quality Payment Program
3. Determine how and what to report for the Quality Payment Program
4. Describe how to meet Advancing Care Information requirements
5. Discuss Medicaid and Hospital Meaningful Use
5. Cite the top HIPAA threats and success strategies for practices
6. Review how to improve performance and QPP score
