Event description

Description

You are cordially invited to attend the annual Omaha Section National Council of Negro Women Harambee Breakfast on March 25, 2017.This Harambee event is themed Reclaiming HerStory: Bridging the Gap, Past, Present, and Future. Our dynamic keynote speaker will be entrepreneur and presenter Moniki Gunn Cannon. An added feature is Spoken Word presented by Shukura Huggins and a fashion show. Harambee is the Swahili word for “all pulling together”. The first NCNW Harambee Brunch was hosted by Dr. Dorothy Irene Height to bring individuals and groups together, unified to achieve more. Join us all as we “pull together” the community to remember the NCNW’s legacy of leadership and achieving more together. Patron Ads are also available. For more event information and to submit your patron ad email the event Co-chair porschea.mcallister@gmail.com.
