About Grace Project National Conference for Women Living with HIV
This year is the 17th annual Grace Project National Conference. Join Legacy Counseling Center and come together with women to share a weekend full of empowerment, learning, and life changing experiences. Whether your status is public or private we would love for you to join us!
The goal of the conference is to SEE (Support, Educate, and Empower) each woman and create future advocates for HIV prevention, health education and awareness. You’ll learn tips and techniques to improve your daily life and the lives of those around you!
There will be more than 15 speakers, The Source of HOPE Makeover room, a Texas Instruments Computer Lab, and a variety of activities such as shopping, fashion shows, and parties all geared for the empowerment of HIV-positive women.
We can’t wait for you to join us!
Grace Project History
The Grace Project was inspired by Grace Hunt, a loving and generous woman who counseled women with HIV/AIDS. The program seeks to encourage hope and hold families together through a supportive net of services including mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, support building, and education.
