Description

Continuing Education:

In conjunction with the Food Science “Food Safety and Hazard Analysis” class, UHC is offering three continuing education, non-credit classes to the food industry: FSMA Training, Introductory HACCP Training, and ServSafe Training. These classes are to be taken individually or a group but must be registered for seperately and open on a first come, first served basis.

Location:

All classes will be held at the University of Holy Cross Campus located at 4123 Woodland Drive, New Orleans, LA 70131 (West Bank) in Room 1516 of the main building.

Class Cancelation:

The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone the any course activity due to any unforeseen circumstances. If the course is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancelation/exchange charges assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agencies.

Travel and Accommodations:

Each participant is responsible for his/her own travel arrangements. Please make sure lodging arrangements directly with the hotel of your choice.
