The 2017 Facilities Management Maximo Users Group (FMMUG) annual workshop and meeting will be held February 7-10, 2017. This year, our meeting will be held at the Renaissance New Orleans Pere Marquette.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization. Changes must be made by January 06, 2017 to ensure a badge is ready at the show.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need to bring your ticket, but it will make your registration go faster
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are fully refundable until December 10th. From December 11th to January 20th, refunds will incur a $50 penalty. After January 21st, they are non-refundable.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
We need to receive notice in writing via email stating there was a transfer.
