2017 Evanston Streets Alive & Green Living Festival
Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (CDT)
On September 10, 2017, Streets Alive will take place on a mile of Main Street, from Chicago Avenue to Crown Park. The street will be open for walking, biking, playing, art and community. For this one day Main Street becomes a mile-long public park for all to enjoy. We promote public health, arts and culture, local pride, and environmental awareness.
The Evanston Environmental Association is excited to again present the Green Living Festival as a featured part of Streets Alive. The green fest gives local businesses and organizations the opportunity to present their green products, services and ideas to attendees and inspire them to live a healthier, greener life.
Streets Alive draws thousands of people while thousands more learn about the event through local media coverage.
