Please join us for our 2017 All-Class Ellet Alumni Banquet on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Prime 93 Party Center, 4315 Manchester Road in Akron, OH. If you are a graduate of Ellet High School, you are already a member of our association. If you attended an Ellet Cluster school you are welcome to attend as well. Seating is by class year so you will have plenty of time to visit with old friends as well as meet other alumni. Two cash bars are available during the event. We will feature various raffles, live music provided by the Gary Parker Band, and dancing. Also, our famous Ellet High School memorabilia collection (the largest known in existence) will be on display for your viewing pleasure.

With Eventbrite reservations, what do I have to bring for admission to the event?

For sales made through this site, you must bring either a printed copy of your ticket available from a link in your email confirmation or a mobile device with the Eventbrite Organizer app for iOS and Android installed with you to display your purchase verification.

Will drink service be available at the event?

Yes, the banquet room features two cash bars to serve you.

Can I reserve a seat to sit with members of my graduating class who attend the banquet?

When preparing seat assignments we make every attempt to seat all graduating class members with other guests from their class, and in most cases we succeed. We cannot guarantee that you will be seated at the same table with other members of your class, but consecutive graduating classes will be seated at adjcent tables so you can visit throughout the evening.

Can I sit at any table I want once I arrive, regardless of my seat assignment?

We arrange our seating before the banquet, seating guests by a range of graduating classes. Since guests pre-order their dinner selection, we do not allow guests to change their table assignment before and during dinner service. After dinner is served, guests are welcome to move between tables as they wish. If you would like to sit with others who are not from your graduating class, please contact Jim Parker as listed above to make a request and we will try to accomidate you if possible.

What's the refund policy?

Refund requests for the base ticket price of tickets purchased on this site (less processing fees) will be honored up to Saturday, September 2, 2017 - 7 days before the banquet. Contact Jim Parker (phone 330-322-5759 or email jeparker609@gmail.com) to request a refund if you are unable to attend the event. Sorry but we are unable to process refunds back to credit or debit cards. Any refund payment will be made only by bank check addressed to the requester. We will make a good faith effort to reply to any refund request within 3 days and to mail out a refund check within 5 days of the request.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Tickets are only transferrable if you contact the event organizer to discuss the situation before the day of the event. Without a notice prior to the day of the event, all tickets must match the person who purchased the ticket.
