What are the fees for attending the AMR this year?
I am an invited reviewer. Do I have to pay the registration fee?
No. Invited reviewers will receive a promotion code that will allow them to register at no cost.
I am a presenter. Do I have to pay the registration fee?
Yes, unless you are also an invited reviewer (see above).
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring your ticket with the QR code (printed or on mobile device) to the conference registration desk to expedite the check-in process.
You will receive an email from email@example.com with your ticket and registration information. Please check your junk mail or spam box for this email if you do not see it in your inbox. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact the organizers at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I update my registration information?
You can update the information on your order (e.g. name, email address, or answers to the organizer's questions) by clicking your order on the Tickets page of your Eventbrite account (under your profile). Select “edit,” make your changes, and save. If you have any questions, send an email to email@example.com.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, you may transfer your ticket to another person in your organization if your plans change. There is no penalty to transfer a registration. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org by May 29, 2017, to request a registration transfer.
Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No, each attendee must be registered individually. You may transfer your ticket to another person in your organization if your plans change without a penalty. Please contact us at email@example.com by May 29, 2017, to transfer or cancel your registration. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
What's the refund policy?
Cancellations and refunds must be requested on or before May 12, 2017. For cancellations, the full amount of your registration payment will be refunded. After May 12, 2017, no requests for refunds will be honored. However, transferring your registration to an individual within the same organization is allowed. Submit registration transfer requests by May 29, 2017, to Alliance Technical Services, Inc. at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
