2017 Deaf Missions Christian Interpreters Conference
Registration will open at 12:30 pm on Thursday, April 20. Pre-con workshops will take place simultaneous to registration Thursday afternoon and the conference will officially begin with a banquet and program Thursday evening.
One of our featured presenters this year will be a gentleman who is already a conference favorite! William Ross III is an Assiociate Professor in the Carlstrom Interpreter Training Program at North Central University in Mineapolis, Minnesota and an extremely popular workshop presenter.
RID approved CEUs will be offered. Nebraska Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will be our RID sponsor for CEUs. CEUs are pending approval, but we anticipate a minumum of 1.8 CEUs can be earned.
The Thursday night opening banquet will be included in the registration fee along with morning and afternoon break snacks. Lunch and dinner will be "on your own" on both Friday and Saturday. We hope everyone will choose to stay at the DoubleTree. A reservation link can be found on the Deaf Missions website.
Sunday morning we will enjoy a worship service together that will be free of charge and open to the public.

In the unlikely event of dire or unforesceen circumstances (such as a natural disaster or national emergency) Deaf Missions reserves the right to cancel the conference. Deaf Missions will communicate any decision to cancel with those who have registered and will refund all registration fees in full.
