Vendor Registration Information:
• Free call-out in all CWAM e-blasts and the printed conference program for any vendor registration received by March 3.
• Free conference registration for one person (includes attendance at the business lunch, opening night progressive dinner, Friday evening banquet, and attendance at all sessions and breaks). Additional representatives are invited to attend for only the cost of meals, which can be purchased as a guest on the registration.
• Free COLOR business card sized ad in the Annual Meeting Program
• Opportunity to include promotional materials in registration packets
• Opportunity to speak one-on-one with potential customers at the Annual Meeting
Sponsorship Registration Information:
Keynote Sponsor: Listed as sponsor in final program, verbal acknowledgement in opening remarks, and logo included on room signage and displayed during keynote speaker and business lunch. 4 available at $250 each.
Break Sponsor: Listed as sponsor in final program with logo and promotional materials displayed on refreshment table. 3 available at $250 each.

Field Trips: 2 pm – 4:30 pm
Silent Auction and Banquet at Hotel Boulderado: 6:00 pm, followed by optional trivia at License One (Hotel Boulderado)

REFUND POLICY: Full refund for registration cancellations received by the Treasurer by 5pm on April 7, 2017; 50% refund for cancellations received by April 14, 2017. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations received after 5 p.m. on April 14 due to cost already incurred by CWAM.
FULL REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Thursday: Thursday workshops & evening progressive reception.
Friday: Keynote speaker / business lunch, tours, & banquet.
Saturday: Saturday sessions.
