The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC) cordially invites you attend our Contractors’ Open House. We will introduce DDC’s Construction Project Pipeline as well as highlight new contract processes and procedures.
The City’s primary capital construction project manager, DDC builds and renovates many of the civic facilities New Yorkers use every day: firehouses, libraries, police precincts, courthouses and senior centers. We also build and repair the City’s complex infrastructure system: water mains, sewers and roads. To successfully manage this portfolio, valued at $16 billion, we partner with our client agencies, as well as with emerging and world-renowned architects, engineers, and contractors whose experience and creativity bring efficient, innovative, and environmentally-conscious design and construction strategies to the projects we build.
