SCORECARDS + VIDEO SUBMISSIONS
Every competing athlete must have a scorecard filled out for each workout. If completing the workouts in a gym, It is the athletes responsibility to have the gym's head coach sign off each scorecard for each workout. It is the athletes responsibility to keep a photo/copy of the scorecard for authentication purpose.
If you are completing the workouts on your own (i.e in a home gym or at a time where a head coach isn't present) you will be required to video your workouts.
If you feel like you will be eligible for a top 3 placing you will be required to video your workouts to our video submission guide lines below:
To make sure the video is valid, please specify your name, age group, the equipment and the weights used during the workout and the score at the end (time, repetitions or weight)
It is your responsibility as the athlete to position the camera so that we can evaluate all the movements and their standards correctly.
We recommend uploading your workouts to YouTube as soon as you have completed each workout.
Follow the link below for more info on how to upload videos that are longer than 15mins.
Your video will be judged using competition standards, they might be seen as:
-Good with minor penalty (1 to 4 no reps). In this case the video will be valid but your score will decrease by 1 to 4 reps.
-Good with major penalty (at least 5 no reps). In this case, the video will be valid but your score will decrease by 15%.
-Good with major penalty (at least 5 missing reps). In this case, the video will be valid but your score will decrease by 15%.
-Invalid (Video is rejected because movement standards, workout standards or video quality is not respected). In this case, the workout will not be valid.
16 years & UNDER
All athletes over 50+ will compete in the same age category. However, athletes that are 60+ may have different weights/movement standards.
All workouts will have a scaled option for each age group. Athletes that have scaled the workouts will have 'Scaled' beside their workout score. Athletes may choose on each workout if they want to RX or Scale it.
