Speaker Bios:
John Osberg is the Vice President of Client Engagement at EmergenceTek Group Inc. (ETG), a Professional Services Software/Application Development organization with a strong focus in healthcare, with offices headquartered in Buffalo, NY.  John creates ways to connect business and technology leaders to identify and generate solutions that are delivered by ETG's Technical Development Teams. A large part of John’s role is to connect with both company prospects and clients to generate new business for ETG. Networking skills are a must in John’s line of work as he effectively leverages his ability to meet new folks, connect on a variety of levels and capitalize on opportunities. John is an alumnus of Niagara University.

John Bourdage, founder of Bourdage Consulting, has dedicated his life's work to the improvement of interpersonal relationships, whether casual or business, through a renewed understanding of social skills and personal brand.
