Since 1993, we have provided effective advocacy and integrated services to youth offenders, low-income parents and aspiring entrepreneurs seeking to start or expand a business.
General Information
IBSA is committed to the development and provision of programs that serve as alternatives to traditional institutionalization and works to further individuals' full participation as productive citizens to society. Employment/Self-employment training, services and programs are provided under contract with the State of Kansas Dept. of Commerce (WIA), the Dept. of Children & Families (DCF), and other government and nonprofit agencies.
