August 12 and 13 (9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily)
Join Kasia Drake-Hames (www.kdhartstudio.com) for this two day workshop and take fabric decorating to the next level. In this workshop you will learn the method of immersion dyeing using natural plant based dyes to achieve rich beautiful shades of color. After the fabric has dried overnight you will complete your projects, stamping with objects found in nature to create beautiful wonderful textures. Each student will create at least two scarves plus two kitchen towels in this fun, hands-on workshop. No experience required. All are welcome.
The class will be small and relaxed so each student receives individual attention.
