Event Details

We are pleased to announce that the Twentieth Annual Meeting of the Association for the Study of Law, Culture and the Humanities will be held at Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, California March 31-April 1, 2017.

The call for applications is now closed. All acceptance notifications have been sent via email.

We cannot accept any further applications to present at the conference, but all are welcome to attend the conference as participants.

If you need a letter of invitation for university or visa purposes, please contact William Rose at (wrose [at] albion.edu).

As stated in the call for applications, the ASLCH uses a two part registration system. First you register your paper or panel and pay a $37.74 membership fee. When/if your paper or panel is accepted, you pay the conference fee.

If your paper has been accepted, please pay the conference fee, based on the following rates:

  • Income less than $75,000: $90.24

  • Income between $75,000-99,999: $121.74

  • Income between $100,000-124,999: $174.24

  • Income $125,000 and over: $226.74

If you are a graduate student, you do not have to pay any further registration fee other than the $37.74 that you paid when submitting your proposal.
