We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at the 2017 Summer Camp Fair sponsored by the PTA Council (PTAC) of Alexandria, Virginia. The 2017 Camp Fair will be held on Wednesday, February 15, from 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at TC Williams King Street Campus (3330 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22302).
The Alexandria PTAC Camp Fair is the only Camp Fair catering to the entire Alexandria City Public School (ACPS) system. Through our printed directory and the Camp Fair itself, you may reach over 13,000 children and their families. We advertise the event throughout ACPS, as well as to private schools and other organizations in the City of Alexandria through ACPS e-news, local newspapers, community bulletin boards, school newsletters and social media (find us on Facebook at Alexandria PTAC Summer Camp Fair).
The Alexandria PTAC Camp Fair is a great place to show off your camp and programs. We sell pizza to encourage greater family attendance, and each camp rep will receive complimentary pizza (please indicate number of camp reps attending the fair).
Camp Fair exhibitor’s fees include a listing in our printed directory. The registration fee via this site is $149 for an 8’ tabletop exhibit. If you can’t send a representative to the Fair this year, your camp listing can be included in our printed directory for $39.
