2017 Alameda County Transition Faire

The Transition Faire is an opportunity for students with developmental disabilities, ages 14 – 22, their families, teachers, and case managers to learn more about the transition to life after high school. The Faire includes an educational showcase of adult service providers, a variety of educational workshops. Please note, all current high school students must be accompanied by an adult.
Space is limited and workshops are tailored to transition age youth and their family members. Please make arrangements for younger members of your family, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children.

The 2017 Alameda County Transition Faire is dedicated to John Rodriquez. John had an immeasurable presence at the Transition Faire and in the developmental disabilities community. It is our wish to honor his work and his commitment to service. John would especially appreciate the diversity in programming provided this year. We will miss him.
