Event description

Description

This year our theme “Transforming Our Health, Our Lives, Our Community”, speaks to the evolving nature of our expo, health, and health care; recognizing that in order to achieve total health and wellness it is imperative that we approach health in a way that will be transformative in both thought and action.

Our goal this year is simple to use our mission to collectively transform the health of the community. We are dedicated to providing resources, information, as well as training that will allow attendees the opportunity to apply information and education provided at the expo in their everyday lives.

The AAHEXPO is FREE to the attendees and open to anyone and everyone who would like to take part. We provide an array of services that support total wellness, which include direct health screenings, health education as well as the opportunity to connect to participants to recreational, social, workforce, children and senior community services. This year we will also be offering a pre-expo forum focused on combating health disparities and promoting health equity.

#TRANSFORM with us on May 6th, 2017, you don't want to miss this!
