Hotel & Travel
You will be responsible for your own travel and hotel arrangements. Owners will receive a Guardian Platinum Canister Unit to help offset their travel and hotel expenses. You must register and stay at the host hotel in order to receive the unit.*
Flights & Transportation
Please book your tickets to arrive in Dallas by 12:00 PM on Friday, January 13th. You can fly into either Dallas-Fort Worth International (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL); both airports are 20-25 minutes away from the hotel. The meeting will last until 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 14; please book your departure flight no earlier than 4:00 PM on Saturday. You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park.
The meeting will be held at the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park Hotel. Aerus has secured a negotiated rate of $129 per night, plus state and local tax. Please follow this link to book your hotel room online; you must follow this link to receive the discounted rate. The cutoff for booking your room at the Renaissance Hotel is Monday, December 19th.
*Owners must book their room through the above link, stay at the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park Hotel, and attend the entire meeting in order to receive the Guardian Platinum Canister Unit. One unit per owner. Each franchise owner must book his or her own room; shared rooms will not be eligible for the unit. Reservations must be made through the hotel's online system.
