What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The Millenium Biltmore Hotel is located at 506 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90071. The overnight valet parking rate of $45 a day is in addition to the room rate and the 15.55% hotel tax. There is discounted overnight parking for $16 a day at Pershing Square located across the street from the hotel but they are NOT affiliated with the hotel.

Is there a block of hotel rooms available?

The Millenium Biltmore has a block of rooms reserved for us. Reserve online or call 800.245.8673 and use promo code 1709AAMPBM for the rate of $209 for a single or double occupancy room for the nights of September 12,13, and/or 14, 2017. This rate is available until August 21st, 2017 on a first come first serve basis. There are a limited number of rooms available and they will sell out fast!

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. To receive a full refund, we must receive your cancellation request by September 1, 2017 via email: contact@audiencemarketing.org.
