Welcome to the 2017-2018 Season

Booster membership sign-up is an online form that handled by the board.  Once you complete a booster form the treasurer will register you on Eventbrite.

PLEASE READ ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE

Rock Solid Boosters was created to support the gym and athletes throughout the season.

You must join boosters if you are going to participate in any fundraising activities, working concessions at the selected venues, or any other fundraising sales sponsored by the boosters.

You must have an athlete registered on a team (cheer, gymnastics, Trampoline & Tumbling) at Rock Solid Academy to be a booster member.

The yearly booster membership fee is $50.00 for one athlete and $75.00 for two or more athletes. This is due immediately when joining boosters. This helps cover the cost of items mentioned above along with administrative costs, insurance, and tax preparation, etc.

Please drop your payment (cash or check) into the booster box at the gym.  The booster fee should be in an envelope labeled with your full name, athlete’s name and “booster membership fee”.  The booster program does not accept credit card payments.

If you plan to pay gym fees (yearly membership fee, tuition, installments) using fundraising funds, please note that the booster fee will be deducted from your funds, if necessary, prior to any other deductions.  Please sign up to work events within the first month of joining to start using any available funds for costs.

Each family with a balance in their account will be emailed a booster statement on or around the 20th of each month.  It will show available funds, any personal deposits, transfers and deductions for team-related expenses.  A transfer email must be sent by the 25th of each month in order to pay monthly costs for the upcoming month. This will be required for all transfers from your boosters account. Instructions will be explained with details in the monthly statement email.

Once you have read the above completely and agree to become a booster member please fill out the attached form and turn in to the booster box at the gym.
