Join us for the Detroit area celebration of World Intellectual Property Day taking place on April 20th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. The event is free. The public is welcome! There will be great food, great networking, and great learning! This year's theme is Digital Creativity: Innovation in a Digital Age. The event plans to discuss entrepreneurship and protection of intellectual property in today's electronic, digital, and creative culture. Topics discussed will include licensing, open source software, 3D printing, and more! The program will include a keynote speaker, breakout sessions, and a panel discussion!
The event is ideal for anybody interested in startups, creativity, entrepreneurship, intellectual property, and the law!
