This is a one-of-a-kind employability boot camp in Lagos running all through the five Saturdays of October 01, 08, 15, 22 and 29, 2016 called WeReady! Yes WeReady!!! WeReady - Workplace and Enterprise Readiness programme kicks off with over 40 Human Resources/Recruiters/Business Leaders...REGISTER or REGISTER SOMEONE TODAY AND BE AMONG THE FIRST 500 TO REGISTER.
DESCRIPTION: WeReady is a developmental school designed to provide job seekers, job changers, final year students & youth corpers with the insights, skills and tools needed to enter and excel in today’s ever competitive workplace/marketplace and also bestow foundational entrepreneurial preparation required for success in life.
TARGET AUDIENCE: For 5 Saturdays, 500 job seekers, job changers, final year students & youth corpers will be equipped with knowledge, skills and attitude required to gain employment and succeed in the workplace and marketplace.
DATE – October 01, 08, 15, 22 and 29, 2016 (five consecutive Saturdays in October)
TIME – 8am-5pm daily
VENUE - SMILE Centre, No. 3 Titi Esho Close, Off Adeyera Adeyemo Street, Ramat Bus Stop, Ogudu GRA, Ojota, Lagos (get a bus or drive down to Ojota bstop and then ask for Ogudu OR if coming from the Island, drive past Iyana-Oworo towards Ogudu and then ask for directions to Ramat bstop)
The WeREADY sessions promise to be practical, interactive and insightful. Our team of experienced panelists and industry experts will be on hand to provide career path advice and strategies all aimed at making participants readily sought after by employers and also equipped enough to start enterprises. The courses would include a Mock Interview session and a Networking & Information Fair. The programme is open to the first 500 people who duly register and pay the workshop fee of N5,000:00. Registration is on a first come basis.

1. ARUOSA OSEMWEGIE, GPHR, SPHR - is a HR consultant, Life & Career Coach, Job Search Strategist, Workplace Readiness Coach and a Youth Instigator. He is an alumnus of both the Harvard Business School and the Lagos Business School's executive development programs in Human Capital Management. 2. ESOHE ADETOLA, MBA – is Human Resource Business Partner Lead, Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria. Was once the Head Human Resources, Oceanic bank and also a former Deputy Head Human Resources, Guaranty Trust Bank.
3. NAPOLEON ESEMUDJE, MBA – is former Chief HR Officer, Fidelity Bank. A British Chevening Scholar, holds an M.Sc (with distinction) from the University of Birmingham (UK). He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School Senior Management Programme and has attended executive management/ leadership programmes at the Wharton School, Kellogg School of Management, as well as the Cranfield University, UK.
4. ABAYOMI AGIRI, MBA – is Head, Human Resources & Admin. Custodian and Allied Insurance. Was once Head, Human Resources & Admin, Glo Mobile Ghana. Once worked with Unilever South Africa as Change Manager.
5. ENIOLA ONIMOLE – is Human Resources Director, Unilever Nigeria Plc. She was before then, HR Business Partner, Brand Building and Customer Development Functions, Unilever East and Southern Africa
