Now in its eleventh year, the day-long Sustainable Enterprise Conference is the North Bay’s premiere networking event for business, government, education, and community leaders seeking inspiration and education about green trends, policies, and products. Over 50 speakers, 350 attendees, and 50 exhibitors are expected.

2016 Conference Program
The 11th Annual Sustainable Enterprise Conference is about meeting inspiring people and learning from what some of our leading companies are doing to produce the necessary changes. It’s about finding ways our businesses, our government agencies, and our community can work together to reboot our economy and put it on the necessary path.
Our featured speakers will inspire and inform you:
Elizabeth Gore is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Dell, where Gore drives initiatives that support Dell’s goals around helping small and medium businesses scale and prosper, fueling the expansion of global entrepreneurship, thereby creating jobs that will drive the world economy. Gore is extending Dell’s global advocacy efforts to raise entrepreneurship to the public policy agenda, encouraging policies and practices that support and enable entrepreneurial growth globally. Mrs. Gore resides in Sonoma County with her husband James Gore, a California elected official and has two hilarious children.
Maureen Sedonaen is the President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin Counties, one of the longest-running and most successful nonprofit social enterprises in the country. She joined SFGoodwill in July, 2013. Maureen is known as an inspiring leader with a highly successful track record in both private-sector and nonprofit social enterprise. She previously served as the Regional Vice-President of Revolution Foods, where she led high levels of growth and established new partnerships, including an innovative national model with the San Francisco Unified School District.

Rocky Rohwedder, Ph.D. is Professor Emeritus and former Chair of the Department of Environmental Studies and Planning at Sonoma State University, located in northern California. In the past few years Dr. Rohwedder has taught and researched in over forty countries all over the world. For more than thirty years he has been a university professor of environmental science as well as an international consultant and keynote speaker.

Sustainable North Bay events are produced by the Sustainable Enterprise Conference in cooperation with Commons.org, Sonoma County GO LOCAL and SOMO Village. Proceeds from this event will be used to fund the development of a Sustainable North Bay directory.
