SPU STEM Mega Meet-Up

Join us for the initial launch of our Mega Meet-ups! This will be a chance for you to connect with STEM students at SPU.
Is this a career fair? Kind of. Imagine a career fair "meeting up" with a networking event. We still want you to talk about your company with students, and hire them too, and we hope the STEM Mega Meet-up will provide better ways to connect and network with students.
Will I have an 8' table? Instead of a traditional long table, you will have a high, round, bistro table. This will provide a chance for better interactions between recruiters and students.
Can I bring a company display? Our goal is to have you connect more easily with students, so we won't have space for traditional displays. Feel free to give away swag, brochures and business cards as much as you'd like. We will have signage for you on your company bistro table.
What is the cost?
The cost to attend is $150 (early bird) for For-Profit Employers, and $75 (early bird) for Non-Profit/Government Employers, and includes admission for 2 representatives, plus one round bistro table with table cloth, company signage on table, company logo in event materials, snacks and beverages for two company representatives, and free parking.
Where will the STEM Mega Meet-Up take place? We will have company bistro tables in the lobby of both Otto Miller Hall and Eaton Hall. Your company bistro table will be stationed where you will meet students with majors most closely aligned with your company.
