The National Weather Service Office Sullivan will be presenting a FREE seminar on severe weather spotting, observation and reporting for the 2016 severe weather season.
The target audience is Fire/EMS Service, Law Enforcement, Dispatch, Weather Spotters, Amateur radio operators and any other interested individuals.
