How soon can I arrive?
If you want to watch the pre-game shoot around, you should plan to be at the arena by 6:00 pm. We have limited time down close to the floor to watch the players warm up. Afterwards, return to your assigned seat. Do not attempt to solicit autographs or pictures from the players during this time.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There are no age limits for this event. We do ask if you volunteer to hold the flag during the National Anthem you be a rare disease patient, child, young adult, or caregiver. If there are spaces available, others will be allowed to participate.
You may need valid ID to enter the arena. You will need a valid ID to purchase alcohol.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the arena. Parking at the arena is $12.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
You cannot bring professional photography equipment into the arena. You can use personal cameras and cell phones to take pictures. You cannot bring alcohol or other prohibited items into Sleep Train Arena. If you are unsure about an item, please contact the arena directly.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. Once you have received your ticket via email (you will need to sign up for a free Ticketmaster account) you can trasnfer the ticket to whomever you desire.
