You are invited to join us for our fourth annual Parchment Exchange User Conference in Washington, DC, February 18th - 19th 2016. Once a year, members of Parchment's community of practice come together to collaborate around academic credentials. Learn from your peers how eTranscripts are revolutionizing their processes and improving student satisfaction.
Registration Pricing
Early Bird Registration (by December 31, 2015): $50
Standard Registration (January 1, 2016 and forward): $100
Your registration fee includes admission to all sessions, panels, and keynote presentations, conference materials, admission to the evening reception on Thursday night and breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday. As a registrant for the User Conference, you also receive complimentary admission to the Parchment Summit on Wednesday, February 17th. Click here to register for free.
Scholarships
Does your institution have limited funds? You may be eligible to receive a scholarship to cover the full registration cost. To apply, complete this form. Your application will be reviewed within 5 business days. If you are granted a scholarship, you will be given a discount code to enter during the payment process that waives the full cost of registration. If you are applying for a scholarship, please do not submit your registration until you are notified of the acceptance or denial of your scholarship application.
Hotel Information
We have secured a block of rooms at our host hotel, the beautiful Renaissance Washington, DC Dupont Circle hotel. The discounted room rate of $189/night may be booked through this link.
Refund Policy
Provide a written notice of cancellation sent via email to parchmentexchangeuc@parchment.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Refunds will be granted as follows:
- Cancellation notice received by 12/31/15- No processing fee. Full amount paid for registration will be refunded
- Cancellation notice received between 1/1/16 and 1/31/16. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied and the balance will be refunded.
- Cancellation notice received 2/1/16 or after or no-show- No refunds will be given.
