Join your fellow Victory Riders for an end of the summer bash in the beautiful Deerfield Valley of Southern Vermont. Located near Mount Snow, right on Route 100, the Valley offers some of the best motorcycle roads in the country.
Brought to you by the Massachusetts Bay Victory Riders.
What is included in my admission fee?
Your admission fee includes the Friday night cookout with burgers, dogs and kielbasa and sides, the Saturday night pig roast and of course great rides in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont.
Is my admission fee tax deductible?
Unfortunately, not. The admission fee covers the cost for food, tables chairs, tents etc... Therefore, you are not able to claim it as a deduction.
What if it rains?
The event is held rain or shine. No refunds will be granted due to weather.
What is your refund policy?
If something comes up and you are unable to make it to the event, we will be happy to refund your admission fee as long as you inform us prior to August 1st, 2016. After that we have to order food, t-shirts etc... based on the number of attendees. No refunds will be given on or after August 1st, 2016. We cannot refund ticket processing fees or PayPal transaction fees. These may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, attendees must be 18 years or older or accompanied by an adult. Attendees under 21 years of age cannot consume alcoholic beverages.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
This a BYOB event (bring your own bike). Parking will be provided at the three inns. Two of the inns, the Grey Ghost and the Kitzhof have dirt and gravel parking lots. These are hard pack and generally do not pose a problem for motorcycles. Shuttle service will be provided on Friday and Saturday evening.
Can I bring alcohol to the event?
We do not encourage drinking and riding, and will be providing shuttle service between the inns. The Kitzhof and Grey Ghost inns, allow their patrons to bring their own alcoholic beverages, however, the Matterhorn Inn has a VT liquor license and thus you cannot bring your personal alcoholic beverages to the Matterhorn. Alcoholic beverage must be purchased on site.
Who is this event benefiting?
Proceeds from this event will be donated to local New England based Charites, including but not limited to "Homes for Our Troops," which is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization. If you wish to donate to Homes for Our Troops, we will be collecting cash or checks made out directly to this organization. If you donate by check, that donation will be tax deductible. Sorry, we will not be providing any receipts for cash donations.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. We will be checking tickets for registration and meals.
How are rides organized?
Technically everyone is on their own for rides during the event. There are usually several groups self-organizing on each day. If you do not know the area, just ask to join a group. We have several rides listed with GPX files on our web site at www.massbayvictoryriders.com.
