The 2nd Annual Maine Food Network Gathering will be held on December 2nd, at the Well's Conference Center at the University of Maine Orono Campus. This event will bring together people working in food-related industries and those working on food-related issues to identify where we can work together to strengthen the food system. The event will also include information on topics such as public policy and careers in food systems. A local lunch will be offered, and stay with us after for appetizers, local music, and libations!
Thanks to the following organizations for designing this year’s event: GrowSmart Maine, LocalCatch.org, Maine Coast Fisherman's Association, Maine Farmland Trust, Maine Network of Community Food Councils, Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association, UMaine Cooperative Extension, and others.
A limited number of scholarships are available on a first come, first serve basis. Choose the "Scholarship" option on the Tickets page or contact us for more information.
