Join us this Christmas Eve for a powerful evening of worship, prayer, and celebration as we honor the birth of Jesus Christ. While services are free of charge, seating is limited, so we ask that you would reserve your seats here and present your tickets (on paper or your phone) when you arrive. You do not need to reserve spaces for your pre-k and nursery children, as Hope City Kids will be open and running like a normal weekend. You may reserve a spot for your Elementary age children.
To Reserve Tickets:
1. Choose your service time, quantity of tickets, and select “register”.
2. Input your personal contact information for the reservation.
3. Receive confirmation email with link to ticket.
Is a seating reservation or “ticket” required to attend the services? Is it free?
There is no cost to attend the Hope City Christmas Eve service. Please print your seating reservation ticket(s) and bring them with you to the service. Or, if you would prefer, you may store a copy on your mobile device. You must present your reservation ticket(s) at the door for priority seating. Those with a priority seating will be permitted to enter the auditorium when the doors open before the service begins. Everyone, including anyone without seating reservations, will be allowed to enter once the service begins.
Will childcare be provided? Do I need to reserve spots for them?
Hope City Kids will be open for nursery and pre-k children, but you will need to reserve a spot with you for your Elementary-age children in the main auditorium.
Will there by a service on Sunday, December 25th?
We will not have services on Sunday, December 25th.
How many tickets can I reserve?
You can reserve places for up to ten people. Please only reserve seats for the number of people in your group who have confirmed they will be attending.
Will I get a confirmation email once I make a reservation?
Yes. You will be emailed a confirmation which will include a link that allows you to print your seating reservation ticket(s). You will need to bring your reservation ticket(s) with you to the service.
If I made a mistake when registering online or I need to make a change, what is the process?
If you need to make a change to your reservation, simply log into your Eventbrite account from your order confirmation. There you can manage any existing reservations. If you have any questions or need assistance please email email@example.com.
If I discover I have too many tickets, should I return them?
Yes, you may return any number of seats on your existing reservation. We would appreciate it if you would release any reserved seats for the service that you do not need by managing your tickets on your Eventbrite account.
