This informative and enlightening session will include presentations by seven investors driving the renaissance. This panel of experts will talk about development trends for new housing, office and retail space in Downtown Wilmington. They will also provide insight about their projects including their decision making process and challenges along the way.
The presenters for this session will be Brooks Johnson with Harmony Hospitality, Beth Pancoe of SDI Builders, Amy Beatty with the City Parks and Recreation Department, Wade Hughes and Clark Hipp with Expo 216, Benjamin Long of Farmin’ on Front and Dave Spetrino of Plantation Builders.
